If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival we do offer a no questions asked exchanged policy for any exchange that’s notarized within 48 hrs of hair deliverey and falls in these guidelines:
•HAIR CAN NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANYWAY
•Hair can not be installthe
•Hair can not be cut
• Hair pattern of the bundles can not be disturbed .
Shipping fee will be added for any returnsIf there are any discrepancy with the inches sent or texture we require all merchandise purchased to be returned to us please contact us for instructions . The hair purchased with that order can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued. Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery. After this 3 day grace period, full value maybe issued at the companies discretion (please see restocking section below).Queen’s Hair & Beauty LLC will take any responsibility of any order errors made on our end order. We will cover the shipping cost or return cost for any errors made by Queen’s Hair & Beauty LLC. If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer WILL be responsible for the shipping cost for the return AND the exchange.

All Sales are final on all custom items this includes but is not limited to single bundles, bundle deals, wigs, and clip ins. Untraceable / Lost PackagesAll packages will be shipped out via FedEx . Tracking will be issued shows delivered we will honor the delivery confirmation. Although this is very rare it can happen.Cancellations As a result of the same day shipping, and customer wants to cancel the order a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the order total does apply. This also listed under our terms and conditions at check out. Affirm Payments or Payment arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE. RestockingIf a customer orders and decides to change their mind or want to return the hair for any reason other than an error of the companies a $50.00 restocking fee may be applied or 25% of the order depending on which one is greater. The restocking fee is subject to companies discretion not all orders apply.
